- Previously broker/owner of Waters Realty Group, Sold in 2008 to the nation's only bank owned real estate firm, Community Bank & Trust; Firm then became Century 21 Community Realty.
- Expert in Northeast Georgia from Lake Lanier to North Georgia's mountain lakes, from Blue Ridge to Hiawassee.
- Being a pilot with a company airplane allows for easy touring at the Georgia coast.
- Joined The Norton Agency in 2009; Now a Partner
- Family business - Husband, David Stovall is Partner with Norton Commercial & Acreage, Sister Kayla Waters Shoemake is also a Realtor with Norton and mom, Joyce Waters, also a licensee, has helped since 2002.

- Life time resident of Northeast GA. Lake Lanier resident and Gainesville GA Native; Family came to Dawson County in early 1800s.

- Private pilot since 1999; Currently fly a Top Cub (taildragger/bush plane) and Cessna 182; Instrument and sea plane ratings; Fly float planes in Alaska
- World traveler - Visited all continents except Antartica
- Artist/painter- (drawing, acrylics, oil, watercolor and pastels), gardener, foodie and food blogger, Two dogs (Havanese therapy dog/yellow lab) and a calico cat.
- Real estate investor; A renovation resale is always in progress.
